The American Cancer Society is the largest private, nonprofit funder of cancer research in the United States. Our researchers and scientists have been part of almost every major cancer discovery.  The work of our organization and researchers is also widely cited - impacting not only the work we fund, but also the research of other scientists around the world.

 

Each year, Atlanta Hope Ball supporters raise their paddles to support our Mission Moment. This year’s Moment will raise funds to support cancer research.
